About the Berkshire Gardening & Design Co.
We design, build and landscape bespoke gardens across Windsor and Berkshire. Founded in Windsor in 2010 by Gareth Campbell, we've spent over 15 years transforming outdoor spaces — from compact courtyard gardens in Windsor town centre to large country estates in Ascot, Virginia Water and the Thames Valley.
Every project is treated with the same care and attention to detail, whether it's a simple patio installation or a complete garden redesign from blank canvas to finished planting scheme. We use quality materials, proven techniques, and a design-led approach to ensure the finished result looks exceptional and lasts for years.

FOUNDER & DIRECTOR. GARDEN & LANDSCAPE DESIGNER.
Gareth has been designing and building gardens in Windsor and across Berkshire since founding the company in 2010. With a BSc in Product Design and over 15 years of professional experience in landscape design and construction, he brings a rare combination of formal design training and hands-on building expertise to every project.Most of Gareth's clients come through personal recommendation, a neighbour who saw a finished garden, a friend who got a quote and never looked elsewhere. In a close-knit community like Windsor, reputation is everything, and Gareth treats every project accordingly. He personally oversees every garden design and build, from the first site visit to the final walkthrough.
Gareth leads every project from initial consultation through to completion, designing, specifying materials, managing the build programme and ensuring the finished garden matches the design in every detail.

George
LANDSCAPER
George holds a Level 2 qualification in Horticulture and Landscape Construction and has over three years of experience on site across Windsor and Berkshire. He has a particular passion for paving and stonework and brings a strong all-round skill set to every job. Away from work, George plays semi-professional football for Hampton and Richmond FC.

LANDSCAPER
Alfie has been part of the Berkshire Gardening team for nearly two years and brings real enthusiasm and skill to every project. He enjoys all aspects of garden transformation and landscaping. Outside work he plays football and trains regularly at the gym.

TREE SURGEON
Jake is our experienced tree surgeon, handling everything from pruning and crown reduction to tree removal, health assessments and safety management across Berkshire. Fully equipped and experienced across all tree species common to Windsor and the Thames Valley, Jake ensures every tree-related element of a project is handled safely, professionally and to the highest standard.
